Wag’n Pet, Inc., also referred to as Wag’n Pet Online Pet Club (“The Club”) and this website are owned by the Hartville Group, Inc., for the education and promotion of pet care, health, and wellbeing, to provide services and products to pet owners, and to provide support to various pet organizations. Hartville Group, Inc. is the parent company of Petsmarketing Insurance.com Agency, Inc., who markets and administers pet insurance under the brands: PetshealthCare Plan, ASPCA Pet Health Insurance, and Hartville Pet Insurance.

Membership in the Club enables you to apply for pet insurance products marketed by Petsmarketing Insurance.com Agency, Inc. through a master policy issued to The Club by the United States Fire Insurance Company (NAIC 21113). Membership is not required in GA, IN, MX, NY, and TN. All pet insurance products are subject to availability and underwriting. Insurance business is not transacted on this site.

Wag’n Pet Online Pet Club, is a trademark of Wag’n Pet, Inc. All other trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and icons, registered or not, are the property Hartville Group, Inc., its subsidiaries, or third parties which may be indicated. The contents of this site are protected by intellectual property laws of the U.S. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

The Club is committed to your right to privacy and to keeping your personal information private. You can visit The Club’s web site without telling us who you are or revealing any identifying information about yourself.
